How your reading is delivered, and our final-sale policy.
Astro Life Cycles is operated by Diana Soto and Soto Solutions Network LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
Please review this policy before completing a purchase, booking a consultation, downloading a product, or ordering physical merchandise. By placing an order, scheduling a consultation, submitting payment, downloading a product, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer / Privacy & Security Statement. If any conflict exists between this policy and a specific written agreement signed by the Company, the signed written agreement controls for that specific transaction only.
1. Scope of Products and Services
This policy applies to all Astro Life Cycles products and services, including but not limited to:
- Astrology reports and personalized written interpretations
- Consultations, readings, and interpretive services
- Digital downloads, PDF products, emailed materials, and electronic files
- Animated Art and other digitally delivered creative products
- Folk Art Technology pieces and other custom physical works
- Signature Astro Life products, including print-on-demand merchandise
Any other products, services, packages, or offerings made available through Astro Life Cycles, Diana Soto, or Soto Solutions Network LLC.
All astrology-related services are interpretive, symbolic, educational, informational, reflective, creative, and entertainment-based in nature. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, investment, business, or other professional advice.
2. Final Sale Policy for Digital Products and Astrological Services
Due to the personalized, interpretive, custom, and/or digital nature of astrological services and downloadable products, all digital products and astrological services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
- This includes, without limitation:
- Astrology reports
- Consultations and readings
- Custom astrological documents
- Personalized written materials
- Digital downloads and PDF products
- Email-delivered products
- Interpretive services
Creative, spiritual, or reflective advisory materials.
Once a digital product has been delivered, a report has been prepared, custom work has begun, a file has been downloaded or made available, or a consultation has been rendered, the product or service cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
3. Delivery of Digital Products and Reports
Digital products and PDF reports are delivered electronically by email or by another delivery method stated at checkout or in writing.
Unless a different timeline is stated at checkout or in writing, personalized custom astrology reports and digital astrology documents are generally delivered within 10 business days after receipt of all required information and payment.
Delivery timelines begin only after we receive all information needed to prepare the product or service, including accurate birth data, contact information, and any required intake details. Delays caused by missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or late customer information do not count against the delivery timeline.
You are responsible for checking spam, junk, promotions, and other email folders. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, full inboxes, account restrictions, device settings, or internet access issues.
4. Accuracy of Birth Data and Customer Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate birth data, contact information, email addresses, shipping addresses, billing information, and any other information required to complete your order or service.
Astro Life Cycles is not responsible for errors, delays, revisions, redelivery, inaccurate reports, failed delivery, shipping problems, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or late information provided by the customer.
If you submit incorrect birth data or other required information after work has begun, additional fees may apply for corrections, revisions, reprocessing, or replacement work. If the error materially changes the report or service, a new purchase may be required.
5. Appointments, Consultations, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows
All scheduled consultations and sessions are non-refundable because preparation time and appointment time are reserved specifically for you.
- No refunds are issued for:
- No-shows
- Same-day cancellations
- Missed appointments without timely notice
- Late arrivals
- Failure to provide required information
- Failure to attend at the scheduled time
Technology problems on the customer’s side, including internet, phone, device, email, or platform issues.
Missed appointments without timely notice are considered rendered services. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will still apply.
We may, in our discretion, refuse or end a consultation if a participant is abusive, threatening, disruptive, inappropriate, intoxicated, unsafe, or otherwise unable to participate respectfully. No refund is required in such circumstances.
6. Rescheduling Policy
You may request one reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled consultation.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is offered as a courtesy, not as a guarantee. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation may be declined. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.
Repeated reschedule requests may require rebooking at full cost. We reserve the right to decline rescheduling where repeated cancellations, delays, non-responsiveness, or scheduling conflicts make completion impractical.
7. Reports
Personalized custom astrology reports are prepared specifically for each customer based on the information provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing, personalized custom reports are delivered electronically by email within 10 business days after receipt of all required information and payment.
Because personalized reports require custom preparation, interpretation, and reserved work time, all sales are final. Personalized custom reports are non-refundable once purchased, once work has begun, or once delivered, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
Reasonable correction of typographical or clerical errors may be provided at our discretion. Revisions based on a customer’s change of mind, new birth data, different interpretive preference, or dissatisfaction with the astrological interpretation are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Folk Art Technology Pieces
Folk Art Technology pieces are custom, artistic, physical works. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Shipping is included in the listed price
- Domestic shipping is available within the continental United States only
- Estimated delivery is generally 4–6 weeks
- Shipping may be by UPS, FedEx, freight carrier, or another appropriate carrier depending on size, weight, destination, and carrier availability
- Shipments may be insured at the discretion of the Company or carrier
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- All sales are final
No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Because these pieces may involve custom preparation, artistic work, handling, packing, and freight arrangements, orders cannot be cancelled once work, preparation, packing, or shipping arrangements have begun.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss may pass to the customer when the item is transferred to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Animated Art — Digital Delivery
Animated Art products are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
Unless a different timeline is stated at checkout or in writing, Animated Art digital products are generally delivered within 10 business days after receipt of all required information and payment.
All Animated Art digital sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available once work has begun or the digital product has been delivered, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Signature Astro Life Products — Print-on-Demand
Signature Astro Life products may be produced through print-on-demand or third-party fulfillment services. Unless otherwise stated:
- Products are printed or produced after the order is placed
- Estimated delivery is generally 10–30 business days
- Delivery times may vary based on production schedules, carrier delays, product availability, destination, and third-party fulfillment timelines
No returns or exchanges are accepted for incorrect size, color choice, style choice, customer ordering error, or change of mind.
Because print-on-demand products are created specifically after purchase, all sales are final except in cases of verified damage, manufacturing defect, or fulfillment error.
If a product arrives damaged or there is a verified manufacturing or fulfillment error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at customercare@astrolifecycles.com. Please include your name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label, if applicable.
Replacement, repair, refund, or other resolution is subject to review, verification, product availability, third-party fulfillment policies, carrier requirements, and applicable law.
11. Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery, and Returned Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Astro Life Cycles is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or undeliverable customer-provided addresses.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:
- Reshipment at the customer’s expense
- Refund of the product price only, excluding shipping, handling, processing, production, customization, third-party fulfillment, or non-recoverable costs
No refund, where the item is custom, personalized, digital, print-on-demand, damaged in return transit, refused, abandoned, or otherwise non-resellable.
Shipping, handling, production, customization, and third-party fulfillment costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
12. Shipping, Delivery, and Carrier Delays
Once an order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email when available.
Astro Life Cycles is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, freight delays, incorrect carrier scans, delivery access issues, address problems, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery timelines are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
For merchandise ordered by mail, internet, or telephone, we will use reasonable efforts to ship within any stated timeframe. If no timeframe is stated, we will use reasonable efforts to ship within the timeframe required by applicable law. If shipment of physical merchandise is delayed beyond the stated delivery timeframe, we may contact you with an updated delivery estimate and, where required by applicable law, provide an opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
13. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Astro Life Cycles is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, you should contact the carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, front desk staff, or delivery locations.
We may assist with carrier claim information when reasonably available, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
14. Damaged Shipments
If a physical product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at customercare@astrolifecycles.com.
Include your name, order number, photographs of the damaged item, photographs of the packaging, photographs of the shipping label, and any relevant carrier information.
Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue is reviewed, as the carrier, insurer, or fulfillment provider may require inspection.
Replacement, repair, refund, or other resolution is subject to review, verification, carrier requirements, third-party fulfillment policies, insurance requirements, product availability, and applicable law.

Please include your name, order number, product or service purchased, and the email address used at checkout.
16. Refund Processing, If Approved
- If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are generally issued to the original method of payment
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval
- Timing may vary depending on the payment processor and your financial institution
Shipping, handling, processing, customization, production, third-party fulfillment, platform, and non-recoverable costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Approval of a refund in one instance does not create a right to a refund in any other instance. Refunds are not guaranteed unless expressly required by law, stated in this policy, or agreed in writing by the Company.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern about an order, product, service, delivery, or charge, please contact us first at customercare@astrolifecycles.com.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide payment processors, banks, card networks, or dispute-resolution providers with order records, delivery records, communications, policy acknowledgments, IP information, proof of access or delivery, and other relevant documentation in response to chargebacks or payment disputes.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service, cancellation of pending orders, collection efforts where legally permitted, and recovery of costs or fees where allowed by law and the applicable payment processor rules.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Life Cycles, Diana Soto, and Soto Solutions Network LLC are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Lost packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses entered by customers
- Customer failure to provide required information
- Email delivery failures
- Download issues caused by customer devices, email settings, spam filters, or internet access
- Third-party fulfillment delays or errors
- Weather events, carrier disruptions, internet outages, technology failures, or force majeure events
- Customer dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation of astrology services
Decisions made based on astrology reports, consultations, or materials.
All services and products are provided subject to the limitations, disclaimers, and protections stated in our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer / Privacy & Security Statement.
19. Force Majeure
Astro Life Cycles shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruptions, carrier delays, internet outages, technology failures, illness, incapacity, emergency, supplier delays, platform interruptions, payment processor disruptions, or third-party service failures.
20. Policy Posting and Point-of-Sale Disclosure
Because many of our products and services are final sale, custom, digital, personalized, or non-refundable, this policy should be made available before purchase, at checkout where practical, and through an accessible website link. Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy before purchasing.
For any in-person retail sale of physical merchandise, any no-refund or limited-refund policy should be clearly and conspicuously disclosed at or before the point of sale as required by applicable law.
21. Florida Law and Relationship to Terms & Conditions
This policy is part of the Company’s Terms & Conditions. The governing law, venue, arbitration, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, limitation of liability, indemnification, and other legal terms stated in the Terms & Conditions apply to this policy to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Unless another jurisdiction’s law is legally required to apply, this policy is intended to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
22. Binding Agreement
By placing an order, completing a purchase, scheduling a consultation, submitting payment, downloading a product, ordering merchandise, or using this website, you affirm that:
- You have read this Delivery, Shipping & Refund Policy in its entirety
- You understand its terms
- You voluntarily agree to be legally bound by it
- You understand that certain products and services are final and non-refundable
You understand that this policy is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions.
23. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date or last updated date. Continued use of the website, purchase of products, booking of services, or submission of payment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
